Education:
Bachelor degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
Experience: Five
years
experience in a QA laboratory supervisory role. Strong
analytical
skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish
facts, and
draw valid conclusions. Excellent
organizational
and planning skills, attention to detail, and thorough desire
for continuous improvement.
Excellent
computer
skills including proficiency in MS Office. Sound
understanding of GMP’s, PC, HACCP, EMP, OSHA, and USDA regulations.
Self
starter with
ability to work effectively in a team environment.
