Job Summary: Will
oversee Purchasing and Storeroom Management for the Maintenance Departments and
Capitol Projects.
Qualifications: Experience in purchasing management. SAP Implementation Experience.
Good computer skills in MS Office products and SAP software. Supervisory
experience required.
Duties and Responsibilities will include (but are not
limited to):
Maintain electronic
purchasing system, current system is Mpulseand position will implement SAP software system in maintenance.SAP implementation for purchasing and
storeroom functions and support implementation through out maintenance.Complete monthly reporting
requirements. Complete performance reviews for direct reports. Develop
storeroom management procedures and documents. Manage storeroom inventory to
minimize obsolete inventory.
