Education: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree plus 5 years Accounting or Finance experience to include supervisory or managerial experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Accounting plus 8 years Accounting or Finance experience to include supervisory or managerial experience. - CPA or CMA. - Master's degree. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Public company SEC reporting or National Audit firm experience. - Prior experience within the manufacturing or agricultural industry. - Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.  Experience responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.  Experience effectively presenting information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. - Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint.  - Accounting system experience. - Experience working with advanced mathematical concepts.  Experience applying concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. - Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions. Experience interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and dealing with several abstract and concrete variables. - Experience engaging in the typical responsibilities of a manager requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and controlling. - Experience working with all levels and functions within the Company. - Experience working effectively in a dynamic and changing environment. - Excellent communication and analytical skills.  Experience working collaboratively with teams from finance, sales/marketing, operations and business teams. - Experience handling a heavy and detail-oriented workload. - Experience working effectively individually or in a team environment and lead by example. - Experience leading the resolution of business issues in a team environment. - Experience creating project work plans. - Experience working on projects that have strategic impact and improve the process efficiency of the company. - Effective organizational and administrative skills. - Self-motivated; deadline driven; works autonomously; strong work ethic. - Knows and applies facilitation skills and techniques. - Skilled at simultaneously working on and completing multiple assignments in a timely manner. - Strong analytical, problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills. We offer employee benefits such as:
