Job Purpose Summary: As the most senior staff position within the company, the President is responsible for all facets of strategic leadership necessary to guarantee the company’s current and future relevance, credibility, and viability by achieving long-range goals, strategies and plans that he/she has established through collaboration with and direction from the Senior Leadership and the Board of Directors. The President is also responsible for guaranteeing that all day-to-day operations are sufficiently directed, managed and staffed to ensure all current business operations are upheld. The President is a person who exemplifies the culture and values of our company, and who also seeks out and provides opportunities for continuous improvement, organizational growth, and evolution.
Specific Responsibilities of the Position:

Evaluate and implement long-range planning, the introduction of new products/programs and capital investments.
Create, communicate and implement the company's overall strategic direction. Ensure that the direction is communicated on a level that allows every employee to feel that their role is strategically important to the organization.
Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends
Implement and enforce policies and procedures that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation.
Lead the executive team to reinforce the organizational structure and ensure the effectiveness of major programs and initiatives. Use this team to spread ideas and direction throughout the organization until every employee understands their expected role and responsibilities for contribution.
Facilitate collaboration closely with sister company Presidents and Senior Management to maximize strategic benefits to the company.
Provide adequate and timely information to the Senior Leaders and the Board of Directors to enable them to effectively execute their oversight role.
