Education: BA or BSc Honors graduate in Food Science or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years fresh prepared foods experience ideally within in hummus and or fresh prepared meals.
Proven experience of being part of a site senior leadership/management team.
Proven track record of managing a culinary team.
