Location: Fresno, CA area
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000
Education: Bachelor degree in a related field preferred
Experience: Previous experience supervising or managing a maintenance team in the food industry. Familiar with the GFSI standard. BRC or SQF.
Coordinate system repairs and monitor system performance
Maintain adequate parts inventory and authorize orders as necessary
Manage a team of maintenance technicians, shop mechanics, and a parts clerk
Create and manage preventative maintenance programs to prevent downtime and food safety issues
Coordinate with other department leads on the implementation of new building and equipment projects
Ensure compliance with all Employee safety, Food Safety, and security rules and regulations
Contract and oversee utilities and support system services
Boilers, Air systems, electrical, wastewater, Forklifts, etc.
Assist with new equipment research, purchasing, install, and commissioning
