Experience: 5 years of industrial Management experience
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive, productive, problem-solving and high-performance work teams. Ability to communicate effectively with and direct work of respective teams.

Summary: Safety, food safety, quality are the highest priorities for the Company. The Plant Manager is instrumental in developing and maintaining a workgroup which is capable of meeting departmental objectives and shows initiate for continuous improvement. The Plant manager will coordinate the plant's production Operations through supervision of the manufacturing processes for the meeting of production goals and satisfaction of consumer demand under established safety, quality, and food safety guidelines. The Plant Manager will be required to follow and support company safety, GMP, HACCP, food defense, allergen, and other food safety requirements.

Developing production plans in accordance with our clients' sales plans or demands, in order to meet production goals.
Performing analysis of trends that negatively affect equipment performance, according to established safety, quality, food safety, and productivity standards. Will aim to establish corrective and/or preventive measures that help return to optimal performance levels
Planning, approving and executing the yearly budget for the departments in collaboration with the personnel under his or her charge.
Implementing and meeting quality and food safety plans in regards to production and maintenance, in order to meet goals in regards to timing, costs, reliability, and services to contribute to a competitive final product cost.
Compliance with policies, norms, and procedures established by the Quality, Food Safety, and Safety System: This position will promote a safe and healthy work culture aiming to control risks and guarantee a 100% safe Operation and safe product disposition.
Approves procedures, policies, and documents in accordance with document policies.
Initiates, reviews and approves HACCP plan and food safety processes and procedures.
Manage employee selection, training, performance evaluation, documentation, salary and termination processes. Maintain a positive, proactive labor environment.
Serves as the deputy CEO in case of absence.
Serves as Deputy Quality Systems Director in case of absence.
Serves as a backup to the Human Resource Manager in case of absence
