Education: BS degree in Food Science, Engineering or Business preferred.
Experience: 5 years related experience in a food/FDA environment preferred. Winery or Fruit Processing experiences a plus. -Strong leadership/management/communication skills required. Ability to coordinate multiple locations and projects/activities.
